Having data is quite fun! But, what do we do next? Data that isn’t actionable isn’t really useful. Our coaches are trained to interpret our data.
How we work
Using real time data, we make use of biofeedback to help you develop a better feel for what your legs are doing. Proprioception, your innate sense of where your body is in space, is critical because it allows our athletes to maintain their improved motion habits once back on the road.
